That's So Raven!

This post is dedicated to the TV show "That's So Raven" on the Disney Channel. My little nephew was watching it this morning and I thought it was the funniest thing ever. So hat's off to Raven Baxter the star of "That's so Raven!"... she makes me chuckle. Turns out, she's turning 20 in December. Never would've guessed.

Alrighty, so here it is the BLOG OF THE DAY!...

Ok, so I've got some stuff to catch up on and cover...

MONDAY: VEGAS DAY 2

Ok, so the second day in Vegas was pretty tight. I woke up around 11am or so and got to meet up with one of my friends through HOBY. Her name is Mal, and she's great. Actually, tomorrow, she's coming with her mom to California. They're going to pick up another HOBY person (Melvin) and go tour around HOBY's corporate office in L.A. I might go join them cause I'll be in the area. Then tomorrow night, if we can swing it, I'll be having dinner with them and Kevin Ditty, another great guy from HOBY who actually works for Disney (going back to that... lol).

Ok, so Mal and I went to lunch in the New York, New York hotel at this place called Gonzalez y Gonzalez They had some pretty good Tex-Mex type food. So Mal and I got caught up on old times, then she went to work, and I went back to family.

We walked around the strip a little while, went to the Desert Passage Shops at the Aladdin Casino & Resort. The only thing I liked there was this shop called Neighborhoodies. If you look a couple posts back, I took a picture from their store in Hollywood ("Tom Cruise stole my religion"). I bought a custom shirt there. (it's pretty funny, I think)... Good times had by all.

Then we went to the new Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace. CRAZY PLACE. It's ginormous. It's all stuff I'd seen before, though... all except for the spiral escalator they have now. That was a trip to ride. You can see a picture of it on the left.

So we walk back to the hotel and granted, we're hecka tired. So we crash early and sleep. 4:30AM rolls by and its Tuesday!

TUESDAY: DISNEYLAND!

EDIT: I had actually finished writing all of this disneyland section, but my browser decided to crash on me. Currently, I don't have the energy to retype it all right now, so I will attempt to do it tomorrow...

Geez, i'm just getting more behind everyday!
